December 18, 2025

It’s been a busy and productive year for us here at Castlet. From achieving major business milestones to delivering engineering support across the globe, 2025 has been a year defined by strong progress, collaboration and shared achievement across our team. As we reflect on the past twelve months, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together. Take a look at what we’ve been up to this year.

Q1: Empowering Our Employees

Castlet started 2025 with energy and momentum, launching our refreshed brand identity and website. The team successfully completed a Factory Acceptance Test for equipment destined for South African Industries, while also celebrating a major milestone by becoming an employee-owned company – A move made to strengthen our future and empower our people! We also celebrated the one-year anniversaries of our valued colleagues Tim Eagles and Jo Sztajnert.

Q2: Community and Charity

The second quarter saw us take our work across the global once again, with engineers travelling to seven countries to support clients on site. We also delivered tailored electrostatic precipitator solutions across a range of sectors, including glass manufacturing, demonstrating its versatility and industry reach.

Community ties were strengthened as we donated old workwear to a local homelessness charity ‘Let Them Eat Cake’ following the previous quarter’s rebrand – Donating over 200 new, unused and pre-worn garments. Meanwhile, our expertise was highlighted on the global stage when Business Development Director Ian Melton shared his insights on ventilator respirators with Aerospace Manufacturing Magazine. Another busy and successful quarter!

Q3: Global Delivery and Talent Development

As we moved through the summer into the Autumn months, Q3 shaped up to be a season of growth and further global momentum. Internally, we celebrated as Ed Everett stepped into the role of Technical Sales Manager, reflecting our commitment to developing talent from within.

Our engineers once again travelled widely to deliver bespoke solutions across multiple countries; Brazil, Turkey, Japan, Indonesia and South Africa, while at our head office in Lincoln, we welcomed a client from Zimbabwe for hands-on training in Transformer Rectifier Units ahead of shipment. Our Lincoln headquarters also got a makeover, bringing our new visual identity to life.

Q4: A Hands-On Final Quarter

The final quarter of 2025 brought a strong focus on hands-on delivery and global support. Our engineers continued to work closely with clients both in the UK and overseas, carrying out servicing and commissioning projects across, Turkey, South Africa, Morrocco and Australia, with a focus on ESP control panel maintenance. This reinforced our commitment to reliability, long-term performance and strong customer partnerships as the year drew to a close.

A Final Sign Off From The Castlet Team!

2025 was a positive year for Castlet, defined by progress, shared achievements and meaningful connections – both within our team and with clients. We have continued to strengthen our identity, refresh our brand and develop our team, all while travelling across the world to support clients with tailored solutions, training and on-site expertise. Whether working here in the UK or overseas, we remained focused on delivering reliable, thoughtful engineering and building strong, long-term partnerships.

Reflecting on the year, we’re proud of what we have achieved here at Castlet – and excited for what lies ahead in 2026. We’d like to thank our colleagues, clients and partners for their continued trust and collaboration throughout 2025; your support drives us, motivates and makes each achievement possible. We look forward to working closely with you in the years ahead!
