Castlet designed for Lurgi Germany, the control systems for an ESP and seawater Flue Gas Treatment Plant which was installed in the oil and gas burning, 130MW, Unit 4 power plant, at Yanbu Power Station in Saudi Arabia.

The design included a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) which interfaced with the client's Distributed Control System (DCS), the Castlet MCS II controllers, and the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems. Systems redundancy was utilised throughout, with Primary and Standby SCADA, PLC and communications networks. Project Management and Commissioning was also a key element within the scope of supply.
